Sorry everything is happening at once. Do you have a costco nearby they have really good wrap platters that are pretty inexpensive. You could also try calling a local deli or supermarket and order a six foot hero with salads.

This is BS!!!! Can you have your girls step in and help out...or anyone else...at least to help set up and put things together???
And after everything is finished, I would send the FMIL all the receipts....LOL
It will work out....its just unnecessary stress that you need, but you will get through it.

I am sorry for all of your trouble. I am sure it is the last thing you need right now. Why not make it into a cocktail party? Cheese, crackers, finger food, wine, beer, drinks....you can keep it simple and nice.
