As I was pulling out of my space in my parking lot today, I completely totaled the front of my new car! I guess I didn't cut the wheel enough and my front bumper hit a concrete pole (that should not have been therw!). The bumper closed in around the pole and is now hanging off. I am so upset and was crying before. I decided to go through my insurance company because I pay for collision, have a low deductible, and most likely would have spent about $3000 to fix it (it's that bad!). FH has been supportive. I am going to take it to their adjuster on Sat. morning and will then take it to Volkswagen (since electrical work will need to be done) on Monday.
I am so upset and angry at myself.

So sorry that happened. Don't beat yourself up-It was an accident and you areonly human. When we first moved into our house I back out of the driveway and into my neighbors brick fence. I killed my back bumper and his brick work! I felt so bad-but I couldn't judge it (dark). I had it fixed and my neighbor almost 3 years later has decided to fix the brick work. It happens to all of us!

Oh Hollie Im so sorry!!!!!!!!! And the thing about German cars is that they're durable but when it comes down to parts they are EXTREMELY expensive...hang in there...everything is going to be allright...

that sux but cars can be fixed so long as no one was hurt....its annoying and frustrating to go through but it's ok....you're not the first and not the last to do it, believe me.
