one of my BMs just told me she's preggo and my first thought was a selfish one.
i am extremely happy for her ... i just hope it doesn't mean she can't come (she lives in Oregon)

LOL yeah i didn't tell her that i said that i'd understand if she had to miss the wedding for any reason (which is true ... obviously being pregnant is more important than my wedding) ...

no, no, no....dont do that to yourself. Its going to be your first instinct and thats ok. One of my BMs told me last Sept that they were going to start trying in Dec and planned to be 'knocked up' by Jan / Feb.....I'm getting married July 3rd!!!!! I had the same 1st thoughts.....'Holy carp!' She's gonna be 7 months preggo @ my wedding & b/c of that, she prob will drop out. Well I congratulated her and didnt mention it again and neither has she.
I would def of been over the moon for them if she had gotten preggo
(I found out through a common friend in Feb that they decided to wait another year)
but if she had, I prob would have asked her right away if she was sure she was able to & wanted to stay in the BP.
Its ok, dont be too hard on yourself!

dont-- i would be lying if i said i didnt fell like that a tiny tiny bit when my BM told me shes preggo just recently. she will be 7+ months at my wedding...
not much you can do and have to realize everyone else is moving on with their lives... another BM ordered a dress bigger cause she 'plans' on being preggo too... owell! lol
i am very happy for them both and will be... i hope hope hope everything goes ok and they will be able to attend!!!!!

Don't feel awful. One of my good friends who is not in my bridal party but is going to Vegas with us for my Bach party found out she was prego and she is due sept 26th and our wedding is Sept 5th and she is the one who is upset about not being able to go to Vegas.
