lately i always have negative posts...1st i was complaining about being depressed, then my hall changing and being upset about it, now my broken arm...
and i found out yesterday im not able to work for 2 months. i dont get disability from work so i dont know what will happen yet. if i have no income that means no $ for bills or wedding savings. then when i go back 2 work ill have 2 catch up w bills so still wont have wedding $. i dont know how we're going 2 have enough $ for the wedding.
im sorry, i feel like all i do on here is complain...but im home and have no 1 2 talk 2 and im upset.
i dont know what we r going 2 do.

do you work for a small company?
yes. y, does that make a diff 4 how disability works?
if your company has less than a certain number of people they dont have to follow certain laws like disability or even maternity leave

no it happened at a hall in the city...we were out 4 fh's company xmas party. i was walking toward the dance floor to go dance and i guess a drink had spilled and i slipped backward. my wrist looked GROSS. i almost passed out just from seeing it like that.

I too am in the no money rut... I just started selling some old stuff on ebay to make extra money and get rid of all the old junk lying around the house. Books, CDs, jewelry, a couple autographed celebrity items that I don't want anymore, clothes, purses, shoes, old toys and games from the 80s... you should try it!
Also I sell Arbonne beauty products to make extra money. It's good b/c I can do it from home and there;s potential to make A LOT of money sellign this stuff. I can send you info on that if you want. Just FM me.
Anyway i hope your arm gets better soon! Keep your head up...

OK...so according to Alcott, my payroll company. All people that work in NY State are eligible for NYS Disability insurance ($170 a week), you need to go to a website Disability and fill out the forms. You may not have signed up for individual LTD (Long Term Disability) which is what your employer might be saying. Hope some of this is helpful. My office manager is really big on employee rights and hates to hear about situations like yours.
