I feel slightly sick....

FH is in his last year of med school but his loans from grad school are up for payment - obviously he has no income right now, so he has to consolidate that loan with one from med school to get 2 more years of deferment.

However, because he has no income, he cannot get approved, so I have to co-sign. I know that marriage involves merging our finances, but his student loans have always been HIS thing, ya know? And not like I don't want to do it, it's just essentially doubling what I already owe for my own undergrad loans... the amount is making me a little queasy but I guess this is the real beginning of growing up, right?

God I hope he gets a good residency!
