So girls when I first got engaged I ran around doing everything, booking way in advance for everything I went and booked a florist. I met with a guy named tony. He told me, he would take me to the wholesaler I would pick the flowers,see the cost of the flowers and know the prices before committing. I thought that was great. 3 months ago tony apparently left the place! no one called me to let me know, I received a email from a lady stating that she was tonys assistant and she wanted to verify my wedding was 09 not 08. This alarmed me so I wrote her back asking her what happened to tony she said he was still there but she was assisting him. Little did i know he actually got out of the business! So thurdsay I called her to about my candle centerpiece idea and see how much she would charge me to set them up for me! She was so rude to me and told me if it is a DIY project I can set it up myself! She said that it's not fair for her that she will only be doing my bridal party flowers on one of the busiest wedding weekends. That was the straw, I told her i dont think i will need her services and that i would like my deposit back she said that i cant have it back because I signed a contract! I told her that they voided my contract because i signed with tony not her and the war is still going on! she will not return any fo my calls! But i did however book a new one that gave me such a great deal!! So all's well that ends well!!

Sorry that this happened! They should have called you to let you know that Tony left and that lady shouldn't have been such a beeyotch!
But congrats and booking another florist- at least this worked out for you in the end!

You might want to just go there in person and sit in the store until they return your money. They should being that they can rebook because its one of the 'busiest weekend in the season'
