I followed in the LIWedding ladies footsteps

and did my first day of the 30 Day Shred

All I can say is....................OUCH!!!!!!!! Thats how I'm going to feel tomorrow

It's addicting. If I don't do it right when I get home from work, I feel sooo lazy and unhealty..>YUCK. I'm still losing thanks to that video. YAAY!

OMG! I just finished my 1st day. Let me tell you...Jillian lies....I swear it was at least 23 minutes until the cool down. I happen to start it at exactly 430....It was 450 and I was still going.

That was crazy!!

heyy can someone explain this 30 day shred to me please?? i am lost and confused and havent heard much about this because i guess i was gone for the weekend and i missed a lot of threads that had to do with this?? i dunno but id like to know about this, so please explain.. hehe! :) and this is a dvd? tell me more pleaseeeeeeeeee, im interested maybe i can try it too.. haha!! :)
