I GAINED 12 pounds after the wedding!!! BUT>>

I just lost all of it plus some...It took me a month and a half...but I did it!!! At that rate I would have gained 50 pounds in one year

Heres how I did it. (One)

Fat free light breyers yogurt
Oatmeal with raisins
apple and banana
proportion muffins banana or mixed berry

Lunch(one)
Chicken and veg
whole wheat pasta withoil and veg
Lean cuisine
Turkey burger with veg or rice

Dinner
ANything I wanted but I halfed the portion

I dont know if this will work for everyone...but I waited as long as I could till about 1130 to eat breakfast. my lunch is my biggest meal of the day usually at 4pm and I eat something light at 9pm

I also took a complex b vitamin to boost metabolism with breakfast

I didnt drink ANYTHING else except water and seltzer.

If I was hungry in between I have broth soup or fruit.

On sunday I have a break day...and eat all I wanted. Europeans say to go up and down with calorie intake every other day...1400 cal one day and 1800 call the next or whatever...It makes the body work harder.

that's awesome!!! but you really shouldn't wait that long to eat breakfast. You should always eat breakfast within the first hour of waking up... it gets your metabolism going and you'll start burning fat.

skipping meals or waiting too long for breakfast your body will assume you are fasting, since it may have been 12 or more hours since you last ate. Fasting causes you to conserve energy and slow your metabolism.

Congratulations!!

those are great tips. i've gained a lot too since the wedding (compounded by the holidays), so I need to get into gear.

Can you recommend the Vitamin B you took? where did you get it, brand, etc?

Thanks!

Wow congrats on the weight loss. I am a longtime WW follower, but I really like the plan you came up with. I think I will give it a try for a few weeks. It will suit my work schedule too!
Thanks again for sharing!

I recently developed a LOVE for french fries...and I was eating them quite often lol I think thats where the majority of the weight came from...burgers, chocolate and ice cream could of played a role in that also lol

Now that I lost the weight...I have been eating MUCH smaller portions, because I get full faster. So I continued to lose...and now im at 15 pounds. I think im going to stop here, and just maintain. I wearing 2 whole sizes smaller!!!
