I got my invitations today ! ( JEAN M Review as well)
I didnt expect them this soon. I ordered them last Tuesday night so they took only 5 business days including SHIPPING!
For those who FM'd me about JEAN M invites..heres the deal..
1-Customer Service is about the best I have ever encountered...I had two errors on my order..
2-the matches I ordered had January 22nd as my date on them ( HUH??) CRAZY thing is January 22nd is the DAY WE MET 5 years ago! I called them when I saw this, they are shipping out brand new corrected ones free of charge and since their shipping is so fast I have no worries, they apologized a LOT.
3-I was supposed to get red RSVP card envelopes with my address on them in White ink...I got plain white ones with no address or printing..Again, when I called I mentioned this, they are sending me the new ones ASAP.
4-I would have liked the card stock to be a little heavier, its a little deceiving in the pic, BUT I ordered the least expensive of their invites and most of the others come with a backing card stock or two cards so to speak and so I think those would make it stand out even more.
Overall they came out GREAT, I cannot complain about the errors since they are correcting them free of charge and there shipping is so speedy!
