I got my red, white & Blue shoes!

Verones in Sayville is dying my shoes red, white and blue!! They were able to do them as long as they were not platform type (the dye would bleed then), which was fine with me! They are a sandle like shoe, about a 2 inch heel with a strap around the ankle, with a band across the toes. The heel and strap across the back of the ankle will be blue, the front part of the ankle strap will be white and the part across the toes will be red!! And there was NO EXTRA charge to do it!!

I need guts to be daring too!!!

That's so exciting, they are going to look great!! When I went shoe shopping this weekend, Macy's had an entire display of fuscia pink strappy sandals. Since I am going to hold calla lillies this color and my dress very simple ivory satin, floor length, I was so tempted to buy a pair!! Well, I ended up buying boring ivory shoes, but who knows, I work on 34th St, so maybe I'll be back again to try them on. Is this totally silly?? I need guts to be bold!

I am DYING to wear red shoes!!!! Or I found a beautiful pair in pale blue.....is this the WORST idea?

My Sister wore red shoes & the place went nuts when she showed them off at the garter part. The dj thought it was the best thing & made sure everyone knew she was wearing them. I actually like the blue idea for shoes I saw it in a bridal magazine that they could be your 'something blue'
