I had my shower and bachorlette party this past weekend...

on my way to LI thursday night Delta lost my luggage (which they have still not found)- that sucked- b/c it had all of my stuff in it and you know when you travel you bring all your favorite clothes!! Anyway I had to pick up three of my bridesmaids flying in on Friday and went shopping and found a dress that I could wear to the bachlorette party/shower, shoes, and underwear. Then one of my bridemaids had a dress with her that I wore to the shower so I didn't have to wear the same thing to both! The shower was so fun!! It was weird having my family, my fi's family, high school and college friends all at the same place at the same time! My MOH did a great job- the food was great- it was decorated in my favorite color- and she had the cutest games set up to play! We got lots of fun presents but they are all still up on LI which sucks!! We got a 14 passanger limo for the bachlorette party which was awesome (M&V limo). We went out in the Hamptons- we actually ended up at only one bar which was fine with me- we were at Beach Bar. They had ladies drinking for free until 1am and by that time we did not want to leave! It so really great to have my all friends hanging out together! I saw so many people who I went to high school with- which was kinda weird b/c there I am in a veil! My flight on Sunday was cancelled- which sucked too! I had to take a later one on a different airline! All in all the weekend was awesome despite the traveling issues! It was how I had always imagined it!
