I had SUCH an anxiety attack last night, that...

I had SUCH an anxiety attack last night, that...

I had to make JT pull over on the side of the road for me to puke I know that's TMI, but I cannot believe the anxiety that is setting in with five days left to go.
My mother is not helping, and neither is JT because whenever I try to vent to JT, he tells me, 'You're giving ME anxiety, I can't hear about it!'

Just needed to vent.

Ohhh soo sorry to hear that--my nerves are up and down and all over the place too! Try to take some non wedding time for yourself even if it is just a few minutes to relax, deep breathing, yoga, reading, music, whatever your favoritie de-stress/coping thing is. GL!!! You are so close (and I am right behind, I need to take my own advice )

THis is so stressful. My stomach has been killing me for about 2 weeks. FH is FINALLY SATARTING to come around and seeing the things he needs to help with.
I am having a wedding weekend i have 50 people at the RD-
100 people stayign at the hotel
125 people at the sunday breakfast.

This is crazy plus a MIL who is just not getting it.

It will all work out and all get done i am not sure how but it will.

Lets all try to relax.

i deal with anxiety attacks on a regular basis and have for years so i know totally how it feels, especially when you feel so alone.

Aw, I get them too (unrelated to wedding) and I understand how upsetting they are.... Like someone else said take a deep breath, do something that makes you relaxed and it will (hopefully) get better. Good Luck

I totally understand, and I am sorry you are having these also. I'm losing it on a regular basis now that I'm down to three weeks and unpack at the same time.

I wish I had some words of wisdom, but I'm not coping very well myself right now. As the others said though, take a deep breath. Drink some cold water (it seems to help me), and think about what, if anything, you can delegate or dispense with. I don't have many helping hands, so I think I'm going to just ship certain things that aren't necessities.

You're not the only one...I suffer from bad anxiety and my FH thinks I'm crazy whenever I have one...LOL

The scary part about it is my wedding isn't until November, YIKES!!!

Good luck don't worry I'm sure you'll be fine. Try not to think about it and when it starts just keep telling yourself it's in your head (it really is).

Just take deep breathes and slowly breathe out...It sounds insane but TRUST me it works.

Good luck

I know I am sitting here crying because for some reason my dress is too long. At the last fitting it seemed just right but I didn't walk around too much. Well I brought it home today and walked around and I kept stepping on it. So I need to forget about my wonderful comfortable, perfect height shoes and get something with a massive heel and have my poor previously broken ankle hurt all night..

Sorry to hijack.. I just know how you feel!

Thanks girls! I feel a little bit better today because we dropped off all the favors and what not at the hall, so all of that is in their hands now. I have anxiety attacks every now and then that don't have to do with the wedding, but it's been bad lately. Then we almost got into a car accident on the LIE on the way home. Some guy cut across three lanes right in front of us and missed the divider by inches That's all I NEED!

Just think, it will all be over soon. You're going to have an amazing day and then you can relax on your honeymoon.
