I had the worst dream...

This is only the second dream I've had about my wedding, but omg it was terrible. I know this is probably because I've been so busy with other things in my life, I haven't had time for wedding planning and haven't booked anything except the hall yet.

So, as we were about to be married, in the dream, we realized we never applied for our marriage license and never got our wedding bands. Then at the reception, it was at my ex boyfriends mothers house and the dj was horrible, no music playing. And we had no cake. We'd never picked out our cake. The weirdest part of the dream was the whole time I kept saying to people, 'thank god this is just a dream.'

The moral of the story is, I'm calling some vendors today to make appts to get this wedding planned!!!

Aww you poor thing! Those dreams are so scary! I haven't had any dreams about the wedding, but I have been having dreams that I lost my engagement ring or that it broke. LOL

After you speak with each of your vendors, you will feel some relief! Good luck!!

OMG! I've had the same exact dream(s)! Not all in one night, but I dreamed we didn't apply for our marriage license, then I had a dream that the DJ didn't play any music, and I called the owner and made him cry. So after I had that dream, I booked the DJ.

A few nights ago, I had a dream that I was taking engagement pics, and I didn't have anything I needed, I wasn't ready and had to call my brother to bring the stuff we needed for the shoot. That's the next 'to do' that is scheduled in between other things. Why does this happen? Its over a year away! LOL. I'm scared to see what dreams I'll have as the day gets closer.

Its interesting that our subconscious reminds us not to get lazy with planning. You're definitely not alone lol.

I had my first wedding nightmare this past weekend! It was the morning of my wedding. My hair was in curlers and all the girls were getting ready when I realized...I never picked up my dress from the store! So my mom and I started a long walk to the dress store (?) and the entire time my FH kept approaching as if it was a first reveal (which is funny because we are not doing one of these) and my mom and I just kept trying to walk faster than he was so we could go get the dress lol.

Someone please explain this to me...

Haha yes do that!! Luckily I think there are more popular weekends in October (a good thing) so vendors should have no problem being available.

I had a wedding nightmare too!! I had a dream that my DJ was just some guy playing the radio through a boom box and there were so many commercials! LOL
