I HATE kinkos (long)

Ugh...before I ordered my invitation paper, I called them and asked them specifically if they can print on 110 pound card stock. They said yes, they do it all the time. So I ordered my card stock.

I brought it to them this past week for them to do a proof...and they went out back and came back with a full set. So i was excited thinking everything was okay.

I dropped off the entire package of paper last night and this morning, I get a phone call saying that the paper is too thick, it's getting stuck in the machine and they can't do the print job.

I told them that they had just handed me a full set of proofs the day before without mentioning any problems. They said, that oh, the paper had actually jammed each time right at the end (after the printing was done) and they had to open up the machine each time to take the paper out.

like ***.....why didn't they say that to begin with? They acted like everything was okay...and even spent 30 minutes putting in the order.

I'm in the process of getting a price quote from a smaller, independently owned print shop who also said they could print on 110 lb card stock. I hope it work out. ugh.

that is ridiculous!! Im sorry Jen they really should have listened to you when you asked them.. they are so dumb!!

I would have been so upset with them. They should have told you before letting you put in your order and thinking everything would be ok.

Try Sir Speedy and Minute Men press. Minute Men are little expensive but do good work. I use Sir Speedy all the time for work.
