I hate rings!!!

So we went to Jared today, and I don't know if I was super thrilled with the selection or any of the rings. I just hate all wedding bands! I just feel like none of them look right with my e-ring, and its so frustrating. The only good thing that came out of this venture was that the saleswoman said I had a beautiful face, like an elegant old-time movie star from the old Hollywood movies. Whooo boy LOL.

So these were the 4 viable options, what do you think?

1. Can't get more basic, least expensive, but also doesn't look like I'm wearing two distinct rings



2. Very delicate, moderately priced, leaves a tiny gap



3. Not as delicate as option 2, technically an anniversary band not wedding band, also leaves a tiny gap, a little more expensive



4. Definitely my favorite of the four, picture doesn't do it justice and it's very sparkly. Cons are it's contoured so can't be worn alone, and most expensive and FH's eyes were bugging out of his head. Solution would be to buy in conjunction with choice 1 if I ever wanted to just wear a band alone, but FH will definitely not go for that.



We're definitely going to go to Good Old Gold to keep looking, but this is a pretty good indication that I hate everything. FH too...I keep telling him to switch his 10 dollar greek fair ring over to the other hand because we just hate everything and that's all he likes. UGH!!!

I love #4 as well, but agree that if you'd want to wear it alone, it might looks a little strange.

If you werent really happy about the rings that they had, can you go someplace else? I went to a jeweler and told him EXACTLY what I wanted, and FH told him EXACTLY what he wanted.... he looked it up in those big books they have and found the rings- they ordered them for us and we also picked out the stones that were getting placed in them. I would def. #1 make sure you are 100% happy with your wedding band because you might regret that decision later. You want to look down and say 'I LOVE IT'

But if you are going with Jared, I really like #3 and #4. It seems like you really want #4 Is there a way you can make a cute face and tell FH how much you really want it, so that he can get it for you?

Ugh I know what you mean! I went to way too many jewelry stores and tried on a ridiculous amount of rings because nothing seemed to go well with my e-ring and I was getting frustrated with salespeople 'telling me' which ring I had to buy because its the only style that goes with my ering.

I finally found a ring at Fortunoffs and now its not coming in because of the closing or whatever is going on there, and I have to start my search again. At least this time I know what I want.

Ali, I had the same problem!!!! NOTHING looked nice with my ring. I have six prongs so everything i tried on had a gap. I, too, tried on a band similar to #4 and loved it, but FH didnt like it and everyone that was around us at Fortunoffs was like, no...dont' get that one, blah, blah, blah. So, I ended up getting a more traditional ring...like #2.

You can always get a new band in a couple of years when you're making millions

Mine has a gap but I am convinced I hate it. .. and I can't return it. I am hoping it is just my overcritical mind and I will get over it. .

I did move away from contour for same reason you stated. .that you can't wear it alone.. I liked 2 and 3 for yours (well liked all but those better)

i like #1 and #3...which are mine!

my number 3 is alternating sapphire and diamonds.

i plan on wearing #1 right under my ering (its my REAL band) and #3 under that

I like the last one the best.

i like number 3 best..but if u dont like any of them or 4 is to much money keep looking...
