I hate the Red Soxs

All day my co-worker has been trying to get tickets to a Yankees-Reds Soxs game at Fenway. He finally got through and got two tickets. So I asked him when the tickets were for- Of course- AUG 19th- My wedding day. Now he's going to have to try to get rid of them.

I hate the Red Sox too, but my distaste for them has gone a lot longer than your engagement!

Well, he won't have a hard time finding someone to take the tickets, at least. Your wedding day is the day before my birthday, btw.

I hated the Red Soxs before this and this just makes me hate them more.

I talk about my wedding all day long at work. How could he forget the date????!!!!

Oh that's great! My wedding day is also on 8/19/06.

And we are huge fans of the Yankees!

I just told my fiancee he was not allowed to leave the room to find a TV. LOL

Wellllll, if you want to make political comparisons, the Yankees are more of a Capitalist venture than Communist. You see, the Communist party favors equal share for everyone, which in baseball terms would translate into a salary cap. Capitalism is all about making as much money as possible, investing it, and making even more. The Yankees are pure, all-American Capitalism at it's best.

And a fan of the team with the SECOND highest payroll should be able to appreciate that.
