I am trying to put together a timeline.. when do I start to call all my vendors and make appts to finalize stuff.. Stuff like:
- Florist - Band - Reception Venue - Photographer

I just called today and made my appointment with the hall for January 15th. The photographer sent us a letter a few weeks back saying they needed a bunch of stuff by February 5th. We saw our florist for the sample centerpieces either in early November. Not sure about music but we're having a DJ so we just need to get her the list and the CD of our wedding song.

I just called my hall today to make an appt for January but it's because I start 3 classes + working full time feb 1st so I really need this stuff out of the way earlier rather than later. Jan is usually a slow time for these vendors anyway so if you want to get it done, I don't think it's too early to do so. The less stress at the end, the better off you are!
