I have a different dillemma everyday.,,this times its ceremony music..

Ok..so I contacted musicians for my ceremony, this one band contacted me back, ( got them from the knot)..anyhow. her price wasGREAT,,and i would be getting classical guitar, violin and voice..perfect..so she sent me a demo, it was nice, but didnt have the style of songs that I would want during my ceremony. So I contacted her about it and asked if I could hear them live and she said she would let me know when they were playing next, that she would send the contract in the mail..I havent heard anythng from her. So now.I am in search of a good vocalist and good musicians. Has anyone heard encore of peter howard? Does anyone have any suggestions? I am not getting married in a church, so they dont already have a vocalist..Im getting married in a small chapel..and Im stumped. Suggestions GREATLY appreciated!!THANKYOU!!

My mom is a vocalist (professional 100% full time)- what style and type of songs are you looking for...

AWESOME!! I am looking really for just a song when we light the candles..I was hoping for the Ave Maria. The rest of the music would be instrumental ( I think). Does your mom do songs like that? Thankyou for even responding to my posting!!!

Sure- my mom has done many weddings- she knows Ave Maria, Lords Prayer- pretty much all of those songs. Plus if she doesn't know it, she will learn it for you.

Also- check out Gerard Carelli- I had him at my wedding.. go to their website and you can hear them live and taped and my Mom is on there too (I Won't Dance under Standards & Originals)....

EVERYONE complimented me on this band- they looked great- sounded great and were so amazing. I had a 10 piece band. Actually- that pictures in the 'hear us' section - the last one next to 60s-80s is from my wedding!

Cool..I will check that out..thanks!! I already have a band for the reception..I am just looking for the ceremony and its in a small chapel..I dont know how many band members would be able to fit in that small chapel..but I wll check it out..Thankyou so much!!!

I just checked them out..listened to a few songs..they sound like fun..I need just a few people for a wedding ceremony though. Thats cool that was from your wedding..it sounds like alot of fun!!
