I have a pain in the center of my chest

It's right in between my bb's but more to the left. It feels sore, almost like my rib cage is sore or inflamed. If I yawn or take a deep breath, there is a sharp pain. Anyone ever have this? Maybe it's stress

I have been VERY stressed at work...and I do tend to internalize problems. And when it gets to this point, I know it's time to change. Which is what I have been trying to do!

Yes, I tried stretching that does help.

Believe it or not, you could be making yourself sick if you are stressed. I have seen your posts about your unhappiness at work. Take care of yourself. You could be very tense. But it could also be the acid , stress makes acid problems worse as well.

I had something similar today myself. I think in my case it is just stress.

Same thing happened to me last year with really bad heart palpitations. I went for all kinds of tests and it was stress. Better to be safe than sorry though, maybe you should go to the dr. just in case???

feel better soon! i been getting a pain on my right side and when i lay on it at night it hurts like a soreness. go to the doctor and find out whats causing it.
