I have a question about the MLS listing site
DH and I found a house on there and we called the realtor listed on it to go see the house. Well, we drove out and were only able to see the outside of the house because the realtor was not available that day, but we were supposed to go back another day to see the inside. Anyway, before we got a chance to go see it, the realtor called and said that there was an accepted bid and they were going into contract. Well, he called back on Friday to say the deal fell through and if we were interested to call. Well, we really like the house but we are not liking the realtor guy at all. He seems really shady. So my question is, I know MLSLI is multiple listing and I know the house is being shown by other realtors. But only this one realtor comes up on the MLS website. Does anyone know how I could find out other realtors showing that house? Do I just call realtors in the area?? Thanks!!
