I have'nt ordered my Invitations...

I know that I am late but I can't seem to find something that I like.... I want something simple but yet elegant.... any suggestions???

I am in the same boat. I can't seem to find an invitation that I really love. They are starting to all look alike. I waiting for some samples to come from Carlston Crafts.

I never knew that invitations are so hard to find. Or is that I am hard to please. Whatever it is I am starting to have a headache

You're not late - My wedding is a month before yours and I JUST ordered mine.......Don't stress ! I couldn't find anything that I was impressed w/ either. I ended up w/ a heavy ecru cardstock w/ a jagged edge......Black fancyish writing and a monogram. - But then again, I've been known to be 'PLAIN' .......

I wanted something simple but elegant and also found the invitations to start to look the same. I went to kathy from follow your heart (vendor on here) and she was so helpful in narrowing down our choice. This is the one we chose:
They came last week and turned out great

Crane's has some nice simple ones..

I also really liked some of the ones on this web site- gaddisdesigns.com .. I personally didn't like the paper samples- but, I think depending on what you get- you can do a textured paper or somehting.

We're the week after you...and haven't ordered ours either! This one with the monogram is very pretty...I've also been looking in ExclusivelyWeddings.com catalog and on website!

did you try going to the invitation stores?
I found it much easier to find what I like when looking at samples, rather than scavenging online.

I found a GREAT person who does custom invites and calligraphy. She's a little expensive but very much worth it: Calligraphy Lady

I haven't ordered my invitations either.
I love the pocketfolds,they're soo unique, but they're too expensive.
And all the mail-order catalogs have exactly the same styles, except for Jean M.
Help!! I need to make my decision before March!

Patchogue Floral has tons of invitation books and places to sit and scour them... try checking them out, this way you can see them in person.... much better then the pics online.
