I just went off in an email to my MOH and one of my BMs.
I managed to get the times they have to show up to the hotel to be later and they are both STILL griping that it's too early!!! I told one of them 10am and the other 10:30am!!!! What the hell time do you expect to show up when the limos are coming at 1:30 and we all need to get hair or makeup done and get dressed??!!!
THEN my MOH tells me she would have to leave at 6-7am and she needs to spend time with her son before she leaves. Fine, but how can you say this when YOU ARE BRINGING HIM WITH YOU TO THE WEDDING??!!!
Then the BM keeps griping to me about how much she is spending on my wedding!!! You know what, you should have thought of that before you agreed!!! And I don't need to hear you complaining about spending $300 on the dress including alterations when my alterations ALONE cost more than that!!!!
I am so done with my bridal party. Only 3 girls have not given me any problems whatsoever and I am close to making one of them my MOH and telling these 2 to take a hike!!! I should not have to run to Roosevelt Field in the rain with a splint on my leg to try to find another hair and makeup person!!!! AUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh janna i'm sorry you're dealing with this. you shouldn't have this nonsense so close to the wedding. have you seriously considered dropping them from the BP? it may be a good idea and will alleviate your stress. you are too nice of a person to have these jerks as friends. find someone to fill their shoes or just have the 3 girls who haven't caused drama. either way, best of luck

yes, i agree, dont' lose your cool now. just focus on you & your man on your special day, everything else is secondary and WILL fall into place.
i'm sorry you are stressed. with 48 days to my own wedding, i am starting to feel the little things add up and i feel like snapping at so many people.
as for your BMs, i think it's so rude for them to complain about the time...it is not early to request them to come at 10, 10:30. i can undersatnd if you said 5, 5:30 or something! as BMs it is their job to accomodate you in terms of scheduling!!!!! GRRRR. just take some deep breaths, eat some chocolate or better yet take a nice long relaxing bubble bath!

No, you're definitely not a bridezilla. You're just reacting normally to people who are supposed to be supportive of you on your wedding day, and they're not coming through for you.

Thanks all for your understanding. FH doesn't get it. He says I should just pay the girls in full what they normally would make for 3 people. But I think that's insane.
I have an appointment to go to the Cactus Salon tomorrow for a trial in Plainview. They also have a makeup person there 7 days a week. So worst case scenario, I go to the salon the morning of. (They open at 9am)
Telling these 2 to take a hike will not be easy. My MOH is my cousin, and there will be repercussions. If she's out, she won't come to the wedding, and neither will my aunt, uncle, my other cousin and possibly 3 other family members. It will also get back to my grandmother who might not speak to me either.
As of yet neither one has answered my nasty email. So we shall see what happens.

That's pretty funny...but seriously Janna, I don't think that 10am is irrational at all. I think they needed a wake up call. It sounds like their may be some underlying reason w/your MOH. I wouldn't just cut them out of your life but I would definitely reassess the relationships. I'm sorry that you are dealing w/this cr@p.
