I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY

First of all - i am sorry for anyone who isn't causing any issues on this site - as this is going to be a waste of your time to read.

When i first joined this site - it was a BLESSING in disguise. The ideas I got from all of you girls were priceless & i know full well that my wedding wouldn't have been half as wonderful if it weren't for our idea exchanges.

What this board has come to is quite simply a bunch of high school girls getting catty & that really, really upsets me. I used to come on this website all day, every day and it got me through some crappy work days. I come on now, maybe once a week and believe me, work is JUST as dead....but any time I come on there's a new 'drama thread' or someone calling someone out for something... It's sad.

We are all or should all be mature women, women who are getting married to our dream men and women who are here to help others. If you aren't interested in helping, then log the heck off & stop causing trouble.

I signed that thread to stay around until the last girl got married and I HATE the fact that i do NOT like coming on here anymore because of all this crap.

Can we all just take a chill pill or something(did i just use chill pill in a sentence?)...PLEASE. Bring this board back to what it was in its prime!!!!!

but this is what happens when too many women are all put together - there needs to be quotas!

its interesting because i actually dont feel that way. I dont really see there being that much drama on these boards. Maybe because i don't do GTGs I dont really know any of you so i honestly dont let much of anything on these boards affect me. You are just the little people inside my computer. Honestly, i dont mind a little drama. There are only so much of the same posts i can take and i only come on here after work. I like to see what other people think/believe and im honestly tired of people being TOO careful in what they say just not to step on any toes. But thats just me.

There are A LOT of women, from a lot of different backgrounds, raised a lot of different ways, and have different opinions and views on things in general

As someone else said, you cant 'hear' how someone is saying something and we all tend to read it with our own expression and things can get out of hand

Let's try to keep it what it should be - a place to exchange ideas!

just like all the married ladies have said...once the wedding is over your gonna realize how ridiculous some of the stuff was that you made such a big deal out of when you were planning. in the end, none of it really matters. but i guess until we all experience this, theres gonna be drama all over these boards. plus like you said, theres too many of us so theres so many different opinions so of course we'll all clash at some point or another. no board is dramaless or perfect.

me too! I try not to get involved....although I will admit sometimes it's fun to see other people getting riled up about things that are clearly being taken the wrong way!! (but I try not to fuel the fire or engage in those things )
