Alright ladies I have less then 18 days left and heres what I have done:

My dress, shoes and necklace
FH's suit
Minister
Bagpiper
Two waitresses
Landscaper
Florist
Videographer
20x30tent with one panel
Tables,chairs, and linens
Coffee Urn with cups
Bar ware, serve ware, chaffing dishes with Sterno, plates, cutlery, napkins
Plastic toasting glasses for each guest
I am cooking for the 70 or so guests so I have already made 4 trays of each 'hot' food to be served buffet style and frozen them
Wedding favors ( being gift wrapped by a friend)
Wedding cameras,bubbles, and confetti for tables
Balloon centerpieces
Two large Helium tanks
I've made the childrens favors( little lunch boxes with a child bride and groom on them and filled with puzzles,crayons,a craft and other activies
I also got a pull string pinata for them
The arch with decorations
Two bolts of tulle
other various decorations
Invites went out
so far 48 yes 1 no

I still have alot to do and I
m running out of time and money

you can totally do it!!!!!!!! i am planning in 3 months, and i got all major vendors, and alot of other things in 2 WEEKS!! dont hesitate to FM if u need help! its not as hard as it seems. i like having a quick engagement!

First, thank you all for your encouragement. Second I've gotten a few things done. I've planned the guest list, planned the bar, planned the menu, arranged for tables and chairs, booked a bagpiper,booked an officiant, got the favors and bubbles, ordered the cameras,and today I got my dress, veil and jewlery!! So I've gotten a bit done. Tomorrow I plan to check out some suits for DF, look for plastic bar/dinnerware, and try to find some decorations at party city & ac moore. If any of you have any ideas on what I need or can help direct me to where I can get some of the things I need for a REALLY good price any advice would be appreciated!!! TIA.

Someone had also mentioned the invites. We do intend to send them out as a formality, but we have already called all of the guest to inform them of the date since it was so last minute.

We got our invitations at Party City. They took about a week & they were not expensive at all. I think we paid under $300 for 125 invites with all the fixin's

I we are on a Super tight budget $3,500 (including my dress and our rings!!) So I bought the pre packaged 50 count ones for $19 and had a very talented friend print them out on the computer she even printed the addresses and return address on the envelopes . they came out beautifully I got alot of compliments on them. No one knew they were not professionally done.

Thank you so much for the support ladies I appreciate it!! I really felt like I've got alot accomplished in a short amount of time with a tight budget. But it's REALLY nice to hear that I'm doing a good job, FH doesn't really understand how much work it is, it's nice that you ladies do!!
