BM's. I chose everyone for a reason, but 9 is sooo many. I have so many calls to make when I want to inform everyone of something... maybe im just being grumpy today, but I think maybe I should have just gone with 6...

do your BMs check email frequently? maybe you can set up a google group or something just to do frequent updates?

I have 8. I say text message and email are the way to go. Now I just have to teach one of my sisters (one of my MOH's) how to use them

Do a phone chain (bring back old days of HS sports lol)
You call you MOH she calls BM #1 BM #1 calls BM #2
and so on...
This will save u so much time and minutes. Just make sure that the very last person has the right information, or else this could end in a game of telephone lol.

I am also trying to decide on having 6 or 7 BM's. We are expecting 175 people so either # will be ok but i dunno...
