i just bought my BM gifts!! karinamanda DO NOT READ!!!

I am so excited - I've been trying to figure out what I want to get the girls, and I couldn't come up with anything that felt good enough. So...here's what I ended up with:

I bought each girl a pair of pale pink akoya pearl stud earrings (the dresses are brown and the flowers are all diff. shades of pink). i would have done regular pearls, but i figured most of them would already have them, and i thought pink would be something special and very 'me'

AND i got each girl a hardcover copy of this HYSTERICAL book i just read called 'The Bachelorette Party' - it is a total 'chick read' but it is so good and funny and it just seemed perfect. So ill write a personal note to each girl on the inside cover.

what do you think??? would you be happy with that as a BM gift???

i LOVE the idea of the book...it's something they will have to look back on and that they will enjoy using beyond your wedding day.

the earrings sound very pretty...i'm sure i'd be happy to get both gifts.

i have a pair of pink pearl studs and they are my favorites! your girls will love them :)

very sweet and very thoughtful. I am honestly dreading picking out gifts b/c I have such a hard time being creative. I'm sure your maids will love it !!

I think they will look so pretty with the brown dresses, and you can always use them for a ton of things afterwards!

Its a really cute idea. Its something they ca wear again and the book with the personal note is a sweet touch.

thanks for your opinions ladies!!! and if you haven't read the book 'the bachelorette party' - it's WICKED funny...although quite dirty and raunchy...but super funny.
