Did my measurements. I have 11.75 inches to loose to reach my target size

I didnt even look at what my measurements were... I guess I should have. I just want to loose inches all over and reduce my BMI... its too high for my liking.

I had my first curve workout today.

OUCH My stomach has pains.

i heard a lot about curves. so many of my friends have joined and they love it. how is it? i'm going on a tour at the one in lindenhurst tommorrow. if its good im going to join with my mom.

they're also opening one in west islip - where lady america fitness (or something like that) was. it is supposed to open in may, so i may give it a whirl.
