right. exactly. my question is: the 60 days start getting counted when we pick up the license IN PERSON - not when I submitted the info online, right?

no no I know its just I'm at 59 days right now so I feel like it might be cutting it close with the 60 day thing. but if it starts when we go in person (which will be next week) then i'm golden
