Is this correct how I am addressing the kids. They are 3 yrs old
Mr. & Mrs. John Smith Miss Victoria xxxx address here City, State 00000
Mr. & Mrs. John Smith Mr. Ryan xxxx address here City, State 00000

Why not put Mr. & Mrs. John Smith & Family? That's what we're doing.

On the outer envelope you don't put the kids names, just:
Mr. & Mrs. John Smith address
Inner envelope:
Mr. & Mrs. Smith Victoria

I don't have the inner envelope that is the problem. I was told its not proper to use & family

ahh oh sorry, didn't realize. In that case I'm not sure....but as for proper, not proper....sometimes you just gotta do it, most people won't know the difference! We had to name kids individually b/c there were some cases where only some of them were invited (DH has a HUGE family with like 45 first cousins!)

Well, I really can't write and family because some of them have babies and I don't want them to come.

then you should put the parents names on the outer and the parents & the kids name in the inner.

with a Mr.? It seems weird to just write one name on one line

From what I looked up, I think this seems to be correct. For some that had a lot of kids I did just put and family, it seemed easier....but for only one or two kids, I wrote the kids names like above from oldest first to youngest.

lol, i did that when there were 2 names. But, what I am really stuck on is when there is only one child I am invited but, they have 2 kids. Other kid is a baby and I am not inviting the baby. So, if its just one kid do I say mr. or misses?

Miss Victoria Smith
or
Master Ryan Smith.

Thats pretty much what I did. I had inner envelopes but i didn't want to write on them. So, I did it like that. Then if there was more than one child i wrote 'John & Jane' below the parents name with the older child first.
ETA: Actually, i did write the child's last name if there was only one child for the invite. I made up my own rules I see hehe
