Depends on how much you liked them and how many people you had at the wedding...
maitre'd of the reception hall - $2 per person average bartenders - not sure maybe $50 or more if there's alot of drinkers bridal attendant - not sure I would say $75 or $100?? DJ - if he's a guy that does it on his own (not from a company) I don't think they need a big tip because they get all the money anyway so maybe $50? Photographer - $100 Videographer -$75 (I say more for photographer because he/she is with you longer) Church or temple singer/organist: $30 to 50 each (when you think about it they are doing their thing for an hour while photographer is with you most of the day so I wouldn't go crazy with singer/organist tipping) Priest: not sure if you have to, I dont' think I am going to but he is being invited to the reception Florist: $20 - $30 per person (they are setting up at the reception) usually you can give to the ones that come to the house with the bouquets in an envelope. I'm going to have my floral designers name on it and sealed and a note to divide up the tips accordingly Hairdresser: what you normally give plus a few extra Makeup: $5 to $10 more than what they charge Limos: $75 per guy Shuttle bus: depending on how long they are around $50 to $75
What am I forgetting? **This is just what I consider to be about fair, and I am basing it on my own wedding and experiences thus far. You might want to go higher or lower depending on your situation.
