I think it just bothers me because I think 8 months is soon and for someone to say its basically a year away, all of a sudden I'm like 'yeah...it is super far away' and then i get sad

Yes. I happen to have one in my fridge. I'll send it over asap. Lol. Oh, I also have a red pepper. I've heard this work great when thrown at people.
