I lost another 3lbs this week!!! I guess epics in 2 wks and bpics in 1mth really put some fire up my a$$$$..
I cant wait to be 30lbs lighter!!!

- exercise 4x a week at 5am - 6am
- no sugar no flour for most of the week
- LOTS OF WATER AND SALADS!!!
