I wish they had better angles of the 'flat butt' pics. But it does look smaller. And the second pic of the implanted butt is ridiculous. It just looks fake!

I guess the reason they don't have great pics of it is because when it was flatter she wasn't flaunting it....now in all of her pics she's giving her back....booty booty booty rockin' everywhere

I have a crazy aunt who got butt implants. She did them out in DR and it felt really natural when she let me squeeze her butt!

alot of women go to DR for plastic surgery...its cheaper in other countries in comparison to the US

id be scared to go to another country although i seriously thought about goin to brazil with 1 of my clients to get my Breast done (whcih i haven't done YET!) lol

i rather wait till after my weddin

I would be scared too! But my family is from DR so she knew a good plastic surgeon. She would be crazy if she went there without knowing someone like most people do!

I heard buttplants rupture very easily. As of now, my aunt has been okay though.

same here! I saw a Tyra (dont tell anyone I watch Tyra) about it. And the worst part is, if they eff you up, your insurance wont cover it most of the time cause you went out of the states to get it done.

yeah i saw this whole special on it and saw the procedure...the problem is because either way the doctor chooses whether on top of the muscle or under the muscle it can cause alot of problems, blod clots, scarring and just different things, its too dangerous for that area to put in a butt implant...the fat transplantation you basically get lipo first then they take that fat and use a canula to put it into your a**, since its your own body then it wont get rejected so its the safest of any plastic surgery to do bc its not a foreign object.
