I'm a little sad

Every year for our anniversary i make FH a photo book of our year together.. This past year was a big year because of our new dog and our engagement and my computer with my pictures died.
Our anniversary is an about a month.
FH said he will try his best to retrieve the pictures for me (he's a computer geek) but its a Mac and he's not very good with these things.
The only pictures from the morning of our engagement are the ones I had because he did it just the two of us on Christmas morning! I'm so sad.
I just wanted to vent because only a bride would understand!

Awww I'm so sorry to hear that. If he isn't able to do it I'm sure you could find someone who knows how.

If FH can't do it... my FH might be able to help.

Although... I agree with trying the mac store or best buy... I'm just too picky and even though FH is like a professional... I'd rather spend the money than watching him try to do it because I'd be so nervous lol

Yeah we'll the problem with me is taking is to best buy is that I've known people who have worked for them and they don't really know what to do with macs, and the Mac store charges about a billion dollars for two minutes of their time.. And even though the pictures are priceless to me, we are kind of broke and the computer itself means nothing to me so investing money in it is such a waste.. I will look into these options though if it comes down to it!!

Katielynn, does your FH know anything about macs?

He does know about macs. He had a mac until recently when he dropped it down the stairs (it was either the mac died or the cat died... ) and I have a mac. I can ask him if he can figure it out if FH can't get it :)
