Well I'm back n we going to work it out!! He is going to consuling n we will go together! Reason why we are is he didn't have sex with her!
But we changed our wedding date to march 7 and having it at the Medttruan manor

Cheating goes beyond a physical act and I would hate for you to make a premature decision and something like this happen again. i know you love him but take into account how serious marriage is as well as your daughter. I know you and I know your previous story and I just would hate to see you end up in the same situation again. Personally, I wouldn't be so quick to forgive, forget or to move on with the wedding. To each their own, I just hope you aren't setting yourself up to be hurt and lied to again.

I'd have to agree with Jaime. I hope you have had enough time to really think this through. being truthful is a huge thing in a relationship & honestly if he lied about his whereabouts he could be lying when he says he wasn't having sex with her. I just hope you are making the right choice for you & your daughter.

Good Luck! Hope everything works out for you guys. I don't think I would have been able to make the same decision as you. Although he may not have had sex with her I'm sure there was some intimacy and the fact is, he lied about where he was going.

however, i know how difficult it is to move on from someone you love despite what they may have done, so counseling is a good start.

I definitely wouldn't be able to move past something like that - I would question EVERYTHING from that point forward. Deciding to work on things is great, and it's a personal decision because I definitely couldn't do it... but I wouldn't cover up your issues with a wedding. You still don't know how counseling will go and as much as everyone deserves the wedding of their dreams it should happen at the right time in our lives to prevent issues down the road.. best of luck to you and your daughter. just remember that you are someones daughter too and think about how you would want your own daughter to handle this situation xoxo

i agree with everyone on here.. marriage is a HUGE decision. and because there is a child involved, I would have to be 100% confident that it will work out in the long run so that it is in her best interest. It can be damaging to a child to go through all of this happy wedding stuff and get attached to your FH like a father, and then to have to deal with a tragic breakup should your FH cheat again..

Ditto what PPs have said. I'm also confused as to why you'd move the wedding date UP? I'd be pushing it back, to make sure it was really what I wanted, instead of rushing into something.
