I'm so upset... all my friends cancelled for my BP tonight!

I am soooo upset and mad right now! My BP is tonight and now 2 more people cancelled on me!

All that's going now is me, my MOH, and 1 BM. My MOH doesn't really feel like going so that just leaves me with my BM. I just want to scream! I can't reschedule this since my wedding is next week! Right now I should be getting ready for my BP since we are catching the 4:30 train into the city, but here I am venting and crying!

Isn't this supposed to be a happy time? My FH is going out with his friends tonight to watch the Islander game since I wasn't going to be around.

What do I do? Should I cancel??????

THAT SUCKS!!!! Do they all know how much it means to you? I would let them know....This is about YOU not them!!! Some people have some nerve!!!

Why all these people cancelled??? Is it because of the weather??? Anway, if it is because of the weather ... could you do something else besides going to the city? If your MOH still wants to do something for you but not going to the city ... why don't go anywhere to have something intimate like a nice Fondau???? First one with meat and veggies, and then the one that is chocolate and cakes? Cheer up!!! Don't let them make you sad!

I'm sorry about your BP...but go with just your BM...get your nails done...a message...(there are great places in Huntington and East Norwich)

go out to a really fancy dinner...

while what happened ****s (my MOH poorly planned my BP so I can relate)...my friends took me out to dinner and drinks instead (w/o MOH)...and I remember being with a few good friends...

don't sit at home though...

Oh, you poor thing! I can totally relate - all of my friends flaked on me too. I ended up just going out for a really nice dinner and a couple of drinks with two of my cousins. My friends from California did more for me (in the way of a BP) than my long-time friends. Don't sit home - go out and enjoy yourself with your BM!

I don't think it is fair that your MOH and BMs did this to you. They planned something and then just decide not to go. That is very unfair and I am sorry they feel it is okay to treat you this way. If they hadn't planned anything that would be one thing, but to plan and then cancel is not right at all.
Go out with your BM and have a nice time. And always remember that you can count on her too. As for the rest of them, they are not being very fair or very good friends to you.

Thanks ladies.... I did go out anyway with my MOH and BM to the city for dinner and drinks. What a night I had!



I'll write all about it later. You will not believe how my night ended!

BP is bachelorette party.

Mine was ****y too. we were all supposed to go out in the Hamptons where we have a house, but everyone flaked, the restaurant had no air conditioning (this was June!) and all the pictures we took didn't come out. Of course, I went to pick them up when I was going to a dress fitting. I was miserable!

Too much pressure on it supposed to be the best time of your single life. I ended up having more fun a week later at Boardy Barn with a bunch of friends just being silly. I kept saying that is my REAL Bachelorette party and the pictures did come out!

I can't even believe they did that, are these girls your friends. I could never imagine doing that to one of my friends and I couldn't see my MOH doing that to me. At first I thought maybe they were trying to psych you out by making you think that they weren't doing anything for you but it seems like they really just flaked out on you. How have they been through out all your planning? Are they usually like this and have you known them for awhile? I'm sorry that they did that to you.
