I am SO sorry to hear about the loss of your beautiful Tasha. My deepest condolences

I've been thinking of you ever since your original post ... I'm so sorry that you had to make this difficult decision. Our pets are members of our families and it is just as painful to see them suffer (and lose them) as it is our own friends and families.

I've been in your position, and I can feel your saddness. Keep the the memories of Tasha deep in your heart and try to remember that you did the right and humane thing for her in the end

I sent this site to my SIL when their dog passed at 14 years old...maybe something on here will be comforting to you & your family. It includes a section on pet euthansia and the grief feelings that come with it.

Karen...i was thinking about you last night...

I am so sorry that you had to make that very difficult decision...a pet is such an intimate member of the family that I can only imagine your loss!!!

you guys look so happy and peaceful in that picture...i am glad tht you were able to share the time together when you did...

I lost a pet once...It was very sad and I don't think those who don't have pets understand.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. We put our dog down last year and there are still times I look for him around the house wondering where he is. He was like a child to us.

I understand your broken heart. It will get easier as the days go on. Tasha will never be forgotten as you will always remember the happiness she brought to your life.
