I have been putting it off for awhile...but I cant take the pain anymore!! I am scared...anyone have one before?

Don't worry its not that bad, I've had one and I felt fine the next day.

I've had a few of them (yeah, I know...but I love my sweets) and my advice to you is DO IT!!!! They numb you up and you really don't feel a thing...

I am not really dental phobic its just that I have never really had much of anything done dental work wise. Just wisdom teeth removed years ago and maybe two cavaties filled.
I am going crazy with this constant pain in my tooth though, so I need to get it done.

The pain during the root canal is actually better than the pain you experience on a daily basis. You will feel so much better once it's done!!!!!
They novacaine you pretty good. It hurts a little bit afterwards though!!!

when i had mine done i made sure they gave me lots of novacaine AND sweet air! if u've never tried sweet air before, it's like u had a few margaritas. after gettin that stuff i was oooooookaaaaayyyyy!

my Dad has had a few, and it's never seemed that he was in horrific pain or anything
