I need all of your help

I need all of your help

Am I holding a grudge or am I right?
Last Year FH and one of my friends now husband were engaged in an argument, I mean like in eachothers faces. FH was defending me, as my friends husband was being completely rude to me and telling me to go away every time I was near him with other people around. He even told me 'Ren, don't you have to go to the bathroom', so he could look at girls!!!!!! So now, it is really difficult for me, as my friend and her husband are always at the same gatherings and I always opt not to go cause it is uncomfortable. A part of me also thinks that my friend should apologize her her dooshbag husband and she didn't do anything. The worst part is the wedding, I have to invite them, I want her there but really don't want him to come. Please help me out girls!!!!

I have a similiar thing w/ one of my friends husbands - it's a long story but the short version is he is a real douche and i have no respect for him.

But they are married and for some reason she loves him and he makes her happy and thats all i can ask for.

I understand your distaste for him due to how he treated you (what an a$$) but IMO he is kinda 'winning' by you not showing your face and avoiding him.

I didnt want to invite my friends husband to my e-party or wedding but i knew i had to. I wouldnt let HIM spoil my fun and he didn't.

If your friend loves him and he makes her happy thats really all you can ask for.

Thats just my take on it! hth

well its hard to let things go when someone is incredibly rude to you. I'm holding a grudge against FH's cousin. she's rude and she called me by the wrong name last time I saw her and FH and I had been together like 7 years at that point, Biatch..you know my name. everyone in his family says she's rude to everyone. whatever. she just had a baby and i didn't go to her shower. screw her.

i'd just try to remember that just bc he's a douche, it doesn't mean you have to stoop to his level. don't NOT go to things you want to bc he's there. also, I wouldn't expect her to apologize. I'm sure she's upset and embarrassed the situation as it is.

no you are 100% right you are owed an apology. If she's a close friend talk to her about it and explain that you are still upset - this will give her a chance to apologize to you and if she doesn't you know she isn't concerned with your feelings

IMO, it would be incredibly rude to invite her without her husband. Yeah, he's a jerk-off but what can ya do? My MOH is dating this dirtbag who I can't stand and he knows this, but she insisted on bringing him to the wedding. Also, I don't think she should have to apologize for something she didn't do!

I guarantee you won't even realize he's there on the wedding day. You're gonna be off doing your own thing!
