Ok here is the situation, I am currently a full-time student at night and work full-time in baking during the day...in order for me to graduate when I want I would have to get another job that can accomadate a day-time school schedule. (the classes i need to finish arent offered at night) I am now looking for a jobin the area of HR since that is what I am in school for...i have been having a very tough time and time is running short. My brother has got me two job offers...one of which is very HR related and the hours would be 7-3 (MY DREAM HRS) but it would take me longer to graduate school...but i would be getting the HR experience. The other job is sort of HR related but the hours are flexible to whatever i need to do in order to get my classes... What do i do? I would be making 11,000 more then I am with either one i pick. I dunno if i take the dream job and prolong schoool a little longer or take the not so dream job and finish up school. What would you guys do??? Help me!!!!!!!!

I would JUMP on that job. For all you know, in a year, they may tell you that there would be room for advancement if you have your degree, and they'll offer tuition reimbursement, right?

I secind what Nicole said!! I say go for the dream job! You never know.. you may love it there and get even more money from them when you graduate and then you'll already be set up with a job! Go for it!

Trust me...take the dream job. As someone that has been working in their career for 10 years now, the work experience is soooo much more important to employers than a degree. I have 2 BA degrees and no one in my field cares. A degree will help you get in the door but the door is being opened for you.
Take the dream job bc it's so rare that this happens to people ever, let alone before they graduate. Stay in school and take your time to graduate.
