Ok, so my engagement shoot is in a couple of weeks. I have a dress that I want to wear and just got a pair of shoes today. In my head, I thought they would match but now that I see it together, I don't think it matches at all. Why am I so bad at these things? lol. Anyway, pictures of the dress and shoes are in my album. What do you ladies think? Should I stick with wedges or would pumps look better?
Of course they match! Those shoes are neutral. And the dress is a very simple color. Plus I don't think a lot of focus will be on your shoes...so unless you are doing your shoot at a place where those shoes would be impractical (eg Beach) I say go with your gut...I'm sure it will look great.

ahhh I see lol. Well yes they are on the chunky side...but I think that adds to the flirty more casual look usually in E-Pics. Pumps would look more formal, and perhaps be called for if your FH is wearing a suit or more formal clothing. But try it on together and see how it looks. I don't believe the style of one excludes the style of the other.

I like the dress! In my opinion, I think pumps or heels will look better, I'm not too fond of the wedgies.
