I need help - addressing envelopes

I feel like a dunce but I can't figure out how to address my envelopes. I am going to print them out on my home computer but I can't figure out how to set up multiple envelopes.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hand printed mine because our computer went down, but I know a bunch of girls were talking about this. Maybe edit your first post's title to something specific like: How do I address envelopes in my printer? Try BHB too.

Also, do a search on the topic. You might find a thread that explains it.

Follow the directions for the mail merge and that will help you set up the addresses (as long as you typed in all the addresses into a excel spreadsheet. I did this to ensure accurate head count as the RSVP's come in.

Then, measure the envelope to the exact dimenstions and page setup these dimensions and make sure it's on the landscape feature.
