I need help finding these...

I am going to try to post the pic, not sure if I will be able to.

1.) I need the paper the petals are wrapped in

2.) Need to know the best place to buy the rose petals

I was just gonna say the same thing! But you can buy punches at A.C. Moore that will give that same lacy effect around the edges if you wanted to get your own paper and do it yourself.

i was just going to say the same as the other girls...i've used the whole punch i bought at joann's. i've used vellum before to make the cones, so you could use vellum and punch the holes yourself. they make punches that can punch a whole edge at once. (or 1/2 at a time). it makes it pretty easy if your a DIYer.

and the only other tip i've heard for rose petals:
1: some local florists actually give them away because when creating bo-k's, tehy strip off the outer petals and usually toss them. you could always ask that.

OR someone i know, actually bought flowers at costco and made their own buy ripping off the petals and bagging them for the toss later. a dozen roses at costco is really affordable and you get a lot for a little bit of $.
