Oh I have something similar...but its a couple of years old. I think I got it at Kohls, or a store in Fl which I can't remember the name of.

I got something similar at Target last year and then another one from Modcloth. The one from modcloth.com is dressier though, I actually wore it to a friend's wedding.

ETA: This was the dress from Modcloth.com but it's currently out of stock.

They did have a few other cute, ruffly dresses though. Here's a few...

i did some research and it looks like it was an express dress thats currently out of stock :(
