I AM OVER MY CAPACITY, AND PEOPLE IS STILL ASKING TO COME, THEY ARE ASKING IF THEY COULD PAY FOR THEIR OWN PLATE AND THEY ARE SERIOUS WHAT SHOULD I DO?
WHEN I SAY OVER MY CAPACITY I MEAN OVER OUR LIMIT. THE HALL CAN HOLD CLOSE TO 500 PPL. IT'S PEOPLE THAT WANT TO INVITE THEMSELVES.

if you are over your capacity at your hall, i dont know what to tell you. is there a bigger room you could switch to? can they fit more people at each table?
as for people trying to invite themselves, tell them you are over capacity and you are sorry. do not give in. that is ridiculous. tell them you are flattered and touched that they want to share their special day with you, but they can't come to the wedding.

I'm not over my capacity with the hall....the hall can hold close to 500 people.
