i need LIW prayers

i know i don't post on here much but i am in need of LIW prayers.. fh and i haven't really been getting along and he feels he isn't ready to get married and wants to call it off. i tried explaining to him that planning a wedding and buying and furnishing a house at the same time is not an easy process. he broke this news to me last night and i have been crying since. we have so much $ invested in it already and not to mention our 8 year relationship. i am sorry to be a debbie downer but i figured posting on here would make me feel better. thanks for listening.

aww love..i dont post on here much but i know how you must feel...I've been through it in the beginning...just reassure him and let him know that the planning is really stressful on BOTH of you...my prayers are with you...but dont worry everything will work out fine...

I am so sorry Maybe suggest postponing the wedding... this will give you guys some time to get settled in your house and take some of the stress of off everything going on... It's not the ideal situation but it gives him some time to work through whatever he is going through...

I can't speak for everyone, but most people go through this during high stress time in their relationships. FH and I sure did and in the end, it made our relationship so much stronger. I can't even believe how going through something negative could make such a positive outcome, but I am grateful for it.

I hope and pray everything works out for the two of you!!!

We definitely went through periods where we were so frustrated that we wanted to just call off the wedding because we planned the wedding during our first year of living together, so while in the midst of learning how to live together and share things and all that, we had to deal with the stress of the wedding and it def wasn't easy...so I'd say that this sounds really normal... but I'm still so sorry you're going through this. Try telling him that it's just stress! We fought like crazy but we knew it wouldn't be like that after the wedding, and it probably won't be like that for you either. Maybe postpone the wedding if anything so you can sort out what you need to sort out.... I hope everything works out for you!!

i tried explaining that its just a lot of stress because of all the decisions we have to make but he is being negative saying how will we handle future decisions

my FH says the 'how will we handle future decisions' cr@p too. men are just difficult sometimes - we're in a huge fight right now. i am so sorry that you're going through this and i really hope you guys can work things out. give him a couple of days to take a step back before making a rash decision.

Why does he want to break it off? You two need to sit down and talk this over. Is it just the stress of it all?? Is it something else that is bothering him? Could you guys try to take a break from the wedding planning and house hunting, and go away or just relax with each other and remember why you are doing this all? Because you're in love and want to spend your lives together.

I hope everything works out for you guys and it's just a little stress and nerves.
