I need place card help.....

My friend is getting married in October, and she has put me in charge of printing her place cards.

They are 2 1/2' high (when folded) X 4' wide. There is a box for the guests name on the front in the middle, it measures 1' X 3'.

What is the best way to print these place cards? Do I use word? I'm kind of lost here.....

They should tell you what size template to use in word.

ETA: If not, I used a label template and just printed on every other line. Use a blank sheet of paper to test them before putting the actual placecard in the printer.
