That list I posted is pretty good, bayside has many places to eat, but Whitestone does not, FH lives there and its hard to find a good place to eat there, unless you go to a deli or something.

yeah I live in whitestone too and I only know of like 2 places. Most of the others are in bayside.

There is this brick oven pizza place in whitestone, I forgot that street where the shopping center in on, but that place is always packed, so it must be good

Do you mean Cascarino's-- they have amazing food- there is also one in college point.

Cherry valley is the ****! I love that it's never closed

i used to live in bayside; papazzio is good, uncle jacks' steak ($$$$ though), tequila sunrise (dangerous margaritas). I second Giardinos but i thought the ownership changed. if you go a little further on northern toward great neck, there are tons of great italian places - Vespa, il Bacco, etc.

I think it was recommended before but cascarino's on bell blvd is yummy too. Or you can go for the bar/restaurant, donovan's has awesome crabcakes

Hey, Cafe on the Green and The White House are in Whitestone. There also is another brick oven place by the Whitestone Village...called Villagio. It's very good but rather small.
Depending on the size of the crowd there is that new place on Bell by Tequila and the gas station with the Dunkin Donuts- Gino's. The owner is wonderful and the food is yummy and a great value. Also, I've heard Mardi Gras on Bell is good for a group.

FH and I live in Whitestone and our church is in Bayside so we need to think of a place for a rehearsal dinner. Let me know how your choice goes.
