I need some help about bm

I have a bridesmaid who is plus size
her measurements are 53,49,59
now a size 30 is 55 1/2, 46 1/2, 57 1/2
the bridal shops have told me they would have to add panels to the dresses to make them bigger....does anyone know a designer or a shop that has big girl sizes in bm dresses
