Does anyone know someone looking for a job in Brooklyn??
I will train as far as the industry is concerned but....
This person must have office skills.
Applicant must have knowledge of Peachtree Accounting (similar to Quickbooks) & Microsoft Office.
Applicant must also have excellent phone manner but they also need to be quick and be able to multi-task a lot of administrative and office support responsibilities at the same time Duties include but are not limited to: Answering phones, taking detailed massages, filing, data processing, order entry, customer service, minimal accounting, organizing, and keeping office tidy.
PUNCTUALITY and RELIABILTY are a must!!!
Basically u are paid to be my secretary!!!
If u know anyone let me know. The pay is not great but the work load is not crazy either.
